Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services effectively.
  • Maintain a database of prospective and current customers for follow-up activities.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Follow-up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads accurately to help bolster sales pipeline.
  • Manage customer relationships and maintain strong client satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Provide weekly updates regarding performance metrics and sales achievements to management.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns with a calm and effective manner.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints for future reference.
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
  • Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or related sales roles for effective performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage customers clearly.
  • Ability to handle rejection while maintaining a professional demeanour on calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while achieving sales targets consistently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing tools for recording keeping.
