Your Role



As a Front-End Developer, You Will



• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Translate UX/UI designs, wireframes, and Figma prototypes into clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
• Implement responsive, accessible (WCAG-compliant), and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
• Build and maintain component-based architectures and reusable modular UI elements, including Storybook-driven development.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO, particularly for CMS-driven websites.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and CI/CD workflows to uphold high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to align technical delivery with business requirements.
• Stay up to date with emerging front-end technologies, tools, and best practices.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UI Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Vuex, or NgRx.
• Experience using GitHub for source control, pull requests, and collaborative code reviews.
• Experience developing and testing UI components in Storybook.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Experience with Umbraco CMS front-end development, including templates, layouts, Razor views, or headless implementations.
• Familiarity with ASP.NET / .NET MVC concepts in CMS-driven environments.
• Experience working with TypeScript.
• Exposure to design systems and component libraries such as TailwindCSS or Material UI.
• Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Understanding of SEO and performance optimization for CMS-based websites.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for delivering high-quality, intuitive user experiences.
