What You’ll Get To Do

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

You Will

• Support and help lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with GAAP and company policies
• Manage general ledger activities, including journals, reconciliations, and adjustments
• Ensure accuracy across bank reconciliations, payment channels, and financial records
• Review supplier invoices, support payments, and maintain strong financial controls
• Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance requirements
• Prepare reports, cash flow forecasts, and support budgeting processes
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to improving financial processes
  
  

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in detail, takes pride in accuracy, and is always looking for ways to improve how things are done.

What Will Help You Succeed

You’ll likely bring:

• CPA, CA or equivalent qualification
• Around 5+ years’ experience in accounting, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or fast-paced environments
• Exposure to AU, US, NZ, or HK markets
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and audits
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence in supporting and guiding junior team members
