The Opportunity

Join an international leading food manufacturer and play a key role in shaping demand strategy across a diverse product portfolio as a Demand Planner. In this role, you will drive forecast accuracy, support product lifecycle planning, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply meets market needs. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven company that values its people, community, and the planet.

This role follows Australian business hours (6:30/7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM PHT). Most of our roles are committed to a hybrid setup, 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home , after a 6-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts aligned with the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to gather inputs and validate forecasts.
  • Forecast demand for new product introductions, range changes, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor and adjust forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and customer insights.
  • Manage product lifecycle forecasting, including introductions, phase-outs, and deletions.
  • Analyse forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support inventory optimisation and service level targets through effective demand planning.
  • Utilise forecasting tools and systems to maintain data integrity and reporting efficiency.


Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an FMCG or Food and Beverage manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and forecasting software (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle Demantra, or similar)
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and promotional forecasting
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills across functions
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data visualisation tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, CPF or Six Sigma are highly regarded
