About The Role

The Associate Relationship Manager – Commercial Banking supports Relationship Managers in managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients. The role focuses on loan administration, credit analysis, financial assessment, documentation, and client servicing to ensure efficient portfolio management while maintaining compliance with bank policies and credit standards.

What You'll Do

• Support Relationship Managers in managing loan portfolios, including loan availments, payments, monitoring, and account administration.
• Prepare and maintain loan documentation, credit applications, renewals, and other approval requirements.
• Conduct financial, market, and industry analysis to assess client creditworthiness and financing needs.
• Coordinate client requests such as letters of credit, trust receipts, short-term loans, and other banking facilities.
• Monitor portfolio performance, ensure compliance with bank requirements, and prepare regular reports on account status and profitability.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, credit analysis, loan processing, or portfolio management is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to evaluate financial statements and business performance.
• Good communication and client management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced banking environment.
