Position: Branch Ambassador
Location: Cebu
Job Type: Regular
Job Summary: Responsible for administration and efficient operation of the Branch Delivery System, delivery of platform services, account opening and in-house sales, cash management at branch level, participation in the administrative proceedings, CX experience and serves as the CAO of the branch.
What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen client relationships while promoting the bank's products and services.
- Ensure smooth and accurate branch transactions and daily operations.
- Manage cash, vault, and ATM operations following bank policies and controls.
- Address customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution of service requests.
- Support, coach, and supervise Junior Ambassadors to deliver excellent customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in banking operations, branch servicing, or sales.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of cash management, branch controls, and compliance standards.
- Leadership and team management experience is an advantage.
