Talent Acquisition Specialist AU Retail Hybrid

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PHT)

Setup: Hybrid (2x a week onsite)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment or human resources
• End-to-end recruitment management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment workflows concurrently
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience in retail or a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of employer branding initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
  
  

What will you do?

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, offering, and onboarding candidates
• Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and business stakeholders
• Utilize assessment tools and pre-employment checks to support quality hiring outcomes
• Ensure recruitment activities align with approved budgets, headcount plans, and delegated authorities
• Support continuous improvement of recruitment systems and processes
• Contribute to recruitment campaigns, career fairs, employer branding, and talent attraction initiatives
• Prepare and maintain recruitment activity reports and performance metrics
• Track, control, and report recruitment supplier costs
• Collaborate closely with the broader HR team to support People Strategy initiatives
• Provide ad hoc support across HR projects and activities as required
