- Develop and implement strategies to meet operational targets and objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and direct site staff, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Identify and mitigate risks to maintain operational continuity.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
