POSITION: FINANCE MANAGER

JOB LOCATION: Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City

WORK SET UP: Full-Time Onsite (Monday to Friday)

SALARY & BENEFITS: ₱70,000 to ₱100,000 gross per month (all-in | non-negotiable), HMO, plus government-mandated benefits

INTERVIEW SET-UP: Please take note that the interview set-up and # of interviews may change depending on the client

• Panel Interview: Face-to-Face interview with the Board of Directors

JOB SUMMARY: The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax compliance, and financial reporting functions. The role ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial records while providing strategic insights to support business decisions and drive organizational growth. As a key member of the management team, the Finance Manager works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional departments to optimize financial performance, strengthen internal controls, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial management expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and proven leadership experience in managing finance and accounting operations.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Mandaluyong City
• Must have finance management experience
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, and internal control procedures.
• Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present financial information to senior management and key stakeholders.
