About The Job
To lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. The role will focus on implementing Lean strategies, improving processes, and building a culture of continuous improvement.

Your tasks

  • Lead Lean transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement and sustain Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and Kanban.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement and operational excellence projects.
  • Train and coach employees on Lean principles to strengthen internal capabilities.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate Lean workshops and training sessions to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of work experience, with at least 6 years in Lean, process improvement, or operational excellence roles.
  • Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, and problem-solving tools.
  • Experience in leading improvement projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
