Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firm’s operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.

The Senior Advisor, Engineering & Testing is a key role that drives operational excellence within the team on a wide range of Engineering & Testing disciplines, including applications development and QA. This role contributes to innovative solutions to complex problems, harnessing comprehensive knowledge to foster efficient practices and deliver robust Engineering & Testing solutions for the team.

The Roles And Responsibilities Of This Job Include

  • Provides professional support and advice to the business at an operational level, enhancing the robustness of Engineering & Testing services delivered
  • Conducts detailed analysis, systems testing and investigation to identify solutions and improvements to existing approaches within the team and common Engineering & Testing processes, informing optimization ideas to improve technical efficiency
  • Supports the development and implementation of Engineering & Testing projects and initiatives, leveraging comprehensive knowledge on relevant disciplines to enhance day-to-day operations
  • Coordinates with other teams to optimize inter-team workflows and streamline operational processes in line with organizational protocols
  • Supports the training and development initiatives for junior team members, fostering the development of a knowledge-rich and innovative community
  • Stays informed of industry trends and emerging technologies in software engineering, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation to senior leaders
