Job Description

The Workshop Officer shall be responsible in maintaining overall supervision and proper operations of the general job workshop of Isuzu Cavite.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensures proper workshop loading and vehicle repair/service scheduling in coordination with the Job Control and Quality Assurance Group.
Ensures proper operation in the General Job Section through the Leadman
Supports activities of the Workshop Support Group
Ensures adequate training of workshop personnel through the in-house training group and/or IPC-Training Program.
Ensures accurate monitoring and recording of training undertaken by each service team member in both in-house and IPC training programs
