Role Overview

The Senior Content Lead oversees the strategy, development, and optimization of multimedia content initiatives to drive brand growth and measurable results. This role combines creative direction with data-driven insights, working closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content strategy across digital, social media, video, and multimedia channels
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across platforms
• Leverage market research, analytics, and audience insights to guide content planning and performance optimization
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with business objectives
• Develop editorial calendars, workflows, and production processes
• Monitor KPIs, analyze campaign results, and implement continuous improvements
• Mentor and guide content team members to maintain high-quality output
• Utilize AI tools and analytics platforms to enhance reporting and strategic execution
  
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field
• Minimum of 6 years experience in content creation or leadership roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multimedia storytelling and campaign performance
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in content analytics and AI-driven tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
