Schedule: Flexible during client business hours — Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break (8 hours per day / 24 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing the Manager’s weekly schedule, emails, follow-ups, and meetings
  • Assisting with NDIS compliance, internal audits, documentation, and maintaining up-to-date registers
  • Supporting the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Overseeing incident reporting, follow-up actions, and ensuring timelines are met
  • Assisting with complaints management, drafting responses, and coordinating investigations where required
  • Handling HR follow-ups, including onboarding documentation, training compliance, leave management reminders, and record-keeping
  • Preparing correspondence, minutes, reports, and summaries as needed
  • Supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring alignment with NDIS Practice Standards


Requirements:

  • Background in Social Work, Law, or related human services fields
  • Experience within the NDIS sector, disability services, or compliance-driven environments is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of reporting obligations, safeguarding requirements, and governance frameworks


Side Note:

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on performance during the application process.
