Project Management Officer

About The Role

We are looking for a Project Management Officer to support cybersecurity awareness initiatives, IT asset management, and compliance activities within the IT Project Management Office. This role is responsible for delivering security awareness programs, monitoring cybersecurity incidents, maintaining IT asset records, and ensuring adherence to security policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs
• Conduct employee cybersecurity orientations and promote security best practices
• Monitor, document, and track cybersecurity incidents to ensure timely resolution
• Perform basic device configuration and ensure compliance with security standards
• Manage and maintain accurate IT asset inventory records
• Support IT asset administration, documentation, and lifecycle management
• Assist in implementing IT security policies, governance, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external partners on security and asset-related activities
• Prepare reports and documentation related to cybersecurity and asset management
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2 ~ 4 years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, project management, or related functions
• Experience in cybersecurity awareness programs and IT asset management is preferred
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, networks, and device configuration
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or similar) are an advantage
