PPIC Officer

Production Planning and Scheduling

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and inventory levels
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability and smooth workflow
  
  

• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
• Ensure optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or material shortages
  
  

• Prepare and analyze material forecasts
• Coordinate with purchasing for timely replenishment of materials based on production schedules
  
  

• Plan and manage the flow of materials from warehouse to production and from production to shipping
• Handle export documentation, LCL coordination, and delivery scheduling
  
  

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records using Google Sheets or ERP systems
• Generate daily and monthly PPIC reports for management review
  
  

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce lead time
• Collaborate with other departments for better coordination and workflow efficiency
  
  

• Ensure all PPIC processes comply with company standards and policies
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal tracking
  
  

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or related course
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
• With logistics background (advantage)
• With 35 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in PPIC roles (Planning & Warehousing)
• Knowledge in Warehouse, Planning, PPIC Role
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling export documentation and LCL coordination
