Production Services Executive

Purpose of the Job

The Production Services Executive supports our Client Service team (Account Directors and Account Managers).

By managing operational and administrative tasks such as data entry and management of production milestones, the Production Services Executive will help ensure the successful billing of marketing campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain high quality operational and administrative support (data entry and generating quotations, purchase orders and invoices)
• Management of project timelines as set by the Client Services team
• Delivering services on time, to specification, to a high quality and accuracy, and to contractual targets.
• Take complete ownership of the process and ensuring compliance.
• Work with other internal teams to establish best practices and procedures to ensure consistency and sharing of learning between teams.
• Ensuring best practice in conjunction with wider HH operations group
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the data system accurately
• Generating reports and updating shared workspaces

• Computer proficiency and strong knowledge of MS Office suite
• Willingness to learn and develop skills to support production of assets
