Job Description
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement the national general trade sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and distribution targets.
Build annual operating plans (AOP), sales forecasts, and commercial programs.
Identify market opportunities, competitive insights, and growth levers for GT channels.
Sales Management
Lead and motivate regional sales managers, territory managers, and field sales teams.
Manage distributor operations, ensuring optimum inventory, coverage, and execution standards.
Drive numeric and weighted distribution targets across priority channels and outlets.
Route-to-Market (RTM) & Execution
Design efficient RTM models to improve coverage, productivity, and cost-to-serve.
Implement channel programs, pricing strategies, promotional plans, and merchandising standards.
Ensure strong trade execution at point-of-sale, including visibility, planogram compliance, and activation
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 15 years of progressive sales experience in FMCG, preferably beverages.
Strong understanding of general trade channels, distributor management, and RTM strategies.
Proven track record of leading and developing large, diverse sales teams.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial planning skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
