Job Description
- Lead the software development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable platforms and systems.
- Oversee cloud architecture initiatives using AWS or Azure to ensure robust and secure infrastructure.
- Drive API development and microservices strategies to support seamless integration across platforms.
- Manage the development and modernization of FinTech systems and data platforms.
- Implement DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Provide technical leadership in Java, .NET, Node.js, and other relevant programming languages.
- Develop strategies for system scalability, performance optimization, and platform modernization.
A Successful Head Of Software Development Should Have
- Proven expertise in engineering leadership and software development management.
- Strong background in cloud architecture, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Experience with API development, microservices, and scalable system design.
- Knowledge of FinTech systems, data platforms, and platform modernization.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, or Node.js.
- Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing development team.
- Competitive salary ranging from PHP 3250000 to PHP 3900000 annually.
