Senior Developer Business Intelligence

We’re looking for a Senior Developer (Business Intelligence) who loves turning complex data into clear insights that actually help people make better decisions. What You Will Do

You’ll be the go‑to person for designing and building BI solutions that support both day‑to‑day operations and long‑term strategy. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business, translating their needs into robust data models, dashboards, and reports. Along the way, you’ll help shape our BI standards and coach colleagues, so we get even better as a team.

• Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including data models, ETL/ELT processes, and dashboards
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and turn them into practical, data‑driven solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across BI platforms and data pipelines
• Optimize performance of existing reports and data flows, and suggest improvements to our BI architecture
• Collaborate with other developers and data specialists to align BI solutions with our overall digital infrastructure
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to best practices and documentation
  
  
  

What you bring

You’re comfortable owning BI solutions end‑to‑end and enjoy balancing hands‑on technical work with close collaboration. You can navigate both business and IT conversations, and you’re not afraid to challenge assumptions when the data says something else. Most importantly, you’re curious and like learning new things in a fast‑changing environment.

• 5 years of experience working with Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics engineering
• Strong skills in SQL and experience with at least one major BI or analytics platform (for example Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or similar)
• Hands‑on experience building ETL/ELT processes and working with relational databases or cloud data platforms
• Solid understanding of data modelling principles and designing reliable, scalable BI solutions
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and turning requirements into clear technical designs
• Comfortable working in English in an international, cross‑functional environment
