Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive business retention and increase market share by managing and growing key corporate accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets through client retention, account expansion, and upselling of MaxiGroup products and services.
  • Analyze utilization trends, medical spend, and client data to develop strategies and recommendations that improve account performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and agents to maximize business opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations and supervise the in-house sales team to ensure effective account management and retention.
  • Review and ensure the completeness and accuracy of account documents prior to endorsement to Actuarial, Underwriting, QRFT, and Account Management.
  • Plan, monitor, and evaluate team compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, sales forecasting, budgeting, and project planning to identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and strategic initiatives involving key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client concerns, improve processes, and implement value-added solutions.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, account management, or relationship management.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets, client retention, and growing corporate accounts.
  • Experience handling key accounts, brokers, and agents, preferably in the HMO, insurance, healthcare, or related service industry.
  • Strong background in sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, and market analysis.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams, including performance management and coaching.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of corporate sales, account management, business development, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in analyzing business data and developing sales strategies to improve client retention and revenue growth.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards.
