UX/UI Designer 24N25

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and intuitive interfaces that meet our clients’ needs. You will collaborate closely with our product team to design and implement user-centric solutions that are visually appealing and highly functional. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience design principles, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. Responsibilities

• Develop and design wireframes, prototypes, personas, and user interfaces.
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance user experience.
• Facilitate and participate in brainstorming sessions to create conceptual designs.
• Ensure designs are compliant with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Create visually appealing and functional design prototypes for stakeholder review.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions iteratively.
• Prepare design specifications and guidelines for efficient hand-offs to developers.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Conduct competitive analyses of other applications serving similar user needs.
• Effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and prototypes with project stakeholders.
• Provide support in the maintenance and enhancement of existing digital products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with conducting usability testing and user research methodologies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing similar design projects and various design processes.
