Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and digital databases efficiently.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and relevant materials.
  • Take initiative in improving office processes and implementing new protocols.
  • Support in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming office environment for employees and visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new situations and challenges in the office.
