Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries promptly and accurately through various communication channels.
  • Provide solutions and information related to products, services, and company policies.
  • Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current and correct.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to understand product details and customer needs.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level teams or supervisors when necessary.
  • Record customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer service database.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Assist with the implementation of customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
  • Respond to customer feedback, both positive and negative, to improve service offerings.
  • Coordinate with the logistics department to track and ensure timely delivery of products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role or similar environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction.
