Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Account Manager to be a pivotal team member in our burgeoning business environment. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to ensure optimal satisfaction and retention. As an Associate Account Manager, your primary focus will be on fostering strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that align with their goals. You will support the Account Managers in developing strategies to increase revenue and improve service. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of client account strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships ensuring satisfaction.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and support needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Monitor and report on the status of client accounts, providing updates as required.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and generate new business leads.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to client objectives and goals.
  • Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports as necessary.
  • Analyze client feedback and suggest improvements for services and processes.
  • Handle client complaints or issues, escalating them as needed for resolution.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services offered.
  • Support senior Account Managers in meeting revenue and client satisfaction targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in account management or customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in nurturing relationships and managing client expectations.
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
