Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department in executing various campaigns and strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. This position is ideal for an individual with a keen marketing acumen, creative problem-solving abilities, and outstanding organizational skills. The Assistant Marketing Manager works closely with the marketing manager and team to develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives. By coordinating between different departments, external agencies, and clients, this role ensures that all marketing efforts are cohesive and timely. A successful candidate should be comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on implementation, capable of analyzing market trends, and poised to deliver on tight deadlines while contributing to the overall marketing strategy.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to design, implement, and oversee marketing projects.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for new campaigns and client engagement.
  • Manage relationships and communications with external agencies and vendors.
  • Prepare promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to inform strategic marketing initiatives and decisions.
  • Assist in organizing and managing marketing events, including logistics and execution.
  • Develop detailed reports on marketing metrics to facilitate decision making and planning.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing alignment with sales activities.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with the latest market and customer information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing or related field position.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse marketing duties.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently manage tasks.
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
