What Youll Do

• Structure and finalize finance and lease transactions through Mercedes-Benz Financial Services and our network of lender partners
• Present F&I products — service contracts, GAP, prepaid maintenance, and protection plans — with a consistent, transparent, menu-based approach
• Maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction (CSI) scores
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and manufacturer regulations
• Submit clean, fundable deals and manage timely funding
• Partner with the Sales team to deliver a seamless, premium client experience
• Track key metrics and contribute to a culture of accountability and growth
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Proven F&I production in an automotive dealership (luxury experience a plus)
• Strong menu selling skills and solid product penetration
• Excellent lender relationships and deal-structuring ability
• Working knowledge of F&I compliance (Safeguards Rule, OFAC, Red Flags, Truth in Lending)
• Proficiency with CDK, DealerTrack, and Darwin
• A professional presence that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand
