  • Key Responsibilities – Identify, approach, and develop relationships with potential B2B clients in targeted industries. – Consult and propose tailored HRM/ERP software solutions that address client business needs. – Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including solution presentation, negotiation, and contract finalization. – Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. – Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. – Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy and positioning. – Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior management.
  • Requirements – Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related fields. – Minimum 2 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably in IT software or enterprise solutions. – Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. – Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client requirements. – Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. – Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. – Experience in HRTech, ERP, or SaaS is a strong advantage.
