The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of Motorsport Valley, with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
Develop, deliver and coordinate a proactive annual communications roadmap for key partners.
Identify and activate joint communications initiatives that engage target audiences and enhance the visibility of both partners and the future Audi F1 Team.
Support the retention and growth of partnerships by implementing the Partner Communications Strategy and unlocking partner value through strategic storytelling.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of partner announcements and major campaign launches — from planning to execution and reporting.
Serve as the central liaison across internal teams — including Comms, Content, Partnerships and others — to ensure coordination and alignment on partner initiatives.
Provide strategic project management and oversight of all partner-facing communications to ensure timely delivery and brand consistency.
Oversee centralized planning and execution of partner communications through a shared calendar, aligning messaging and campaign activity across all stakeholders in coordination with the Head of Content.
Build and manage a centralized repository for partner communications assets, guidelines, and approvals to ensure consistency, transparency and accessibility.
Review and monitor partner content and media engagement to ensure brand alignment, quality, and compliance with communications guidelines and regulatory frameworks.
Lead partner media engagement efforts, securing coverage across diverse sectors including lifestyle, tech, and business beyond motorsport.
Amplify key partner activations at and away from the track through targeted earned media strategies and compelling storytelling opportunities.
Your profile
Profound experience in marketing, communications, public relations, ideally within the sports or entertainment industries.
Proven track record of managing partner-related content, also from a sponsor side.
Strong project management skills, with experience in planning, organizing and executing communications and content activities.
Hands-on mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours, including weekends, to support global events and campaigns.
Passion for motorsports with a deep understanding of the dynamics of Formula 1.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with internal teams and brand partners.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to measure success and adapt strategies to continuously enhance Audi F1’s visibility and growth.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
