Quality Assurance Specialist

In this role, you will assure the compliance of our products with appropriate regulations, provide various data and risk assessments regarding our products and processes and serve as a resource to internal and external customers.

What you’ll do:

• Continuity of the food safety management system established according to food safety management system standards, legal regulations and customer requirements
• Maintain and update the documentation system, prepare documents for approval, and collect outdated documents from the field
• Perform routine hygiene and sanitation checks in line with food management system requirements, report identified nonconformities to relevant units, and track corrective actions and deadlines
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions, conduct root cause analyses, complete required documentation, and monitor actions through to effective closure
• Conducting internal audits in accordance with the plan, reporting audit results
  
  

What you’ll bring:

• Graduated from food engineering, chemical engineering or related undergraduate departments or equivalent years of experience in food quality assurance department
• Experienced in GFSI Food Safety Management Standards BRCGS, IFS, FSSC 22000 and HACCP system in food production area
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Turkish orally and in writing
• HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems Information Training Participation Certificate, Internal Auditor Training
• Disciplined, strong in planning and work follow-up, prone to teamwork
