Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

KNC Group of Companies is looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to support the Restaurant Manager in achieving store goals through effective operations management, excellent customer service, and people development.

The successful candidate will help drive sales and profitability, maintain operational standards, lead store teams, and ensure a positive dining experience for every customer.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Drive sales performance across dine-in, take-out, delivery, and other business channels.
• Implement labor scheduling, cash management, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Service, Cleanliness, and Condition (FSC) standards.
• Monitor customer feedback through the Feedback Management System (FMS) and implement appropriate service recovery actions.
• Supervise and support shift operations to achieve sales, quality, and profitability targets.
• Coach, train, and develop Crew Leaders and restaurant team members.
• Assist in employee performance evaluations and training programs.
• Prepare operational reports and assist with the processing of business permits and other administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager role within the restaurant, food service, or retail industry.
• Preferably with experience in managing a drive-thru store/restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, financial controls, inventory management, and customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
