Senior Accountant For Awesome CX By Transcom Davao NetSuite Experience Needed

This role will focus on handling month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and cash management while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.

What You Will Accomplish

• Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and revenue and expense analyses
• Manage accounts payable including vendor onboarding and relationships, facilitating approvals within the business and processing payments
• Manage accounts receivable, working with the Sales and Operations teams to onboard customers, apply customer payments, and analyze chargebacks
• Process company and employee credit card and expenses, and assist with T&E reporting to management on a monthly basis
• Assist with Cash and Investment reporting, forecasting, and reconciliations
• Reconcile intercompany accounts, working closely with cross-functional team members
• Maintain rigorous internal controls and play a key role in improving policies and procedures within the department
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to apply principles to various situations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a plus
• Experience in the infant nutrition space, or other omni-channel manufacturing environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within the team and cross-functionally
• Extremely high level of integrity and willingness to both give and receive feedback candidly
