Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Review accounting entries and balances, making adjustments where necessary
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Ensure proper maintenance and reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers
• Oversee disbursements, track expenses, and manage account reconciliations
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or a related field
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Advanced Excel
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience or training in accounting/bookkeeping (either academic or work-related)
• Familiarity with financial reporting tools is a plus
• Fresh graduates with internship or training experience are encouraged to apply!
