Job Title: UI Designer

Location: Davao City, Philippines

Working Hours: Rotational Shifts (including holidays, weekends and night shifts)

Job Description:

As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to deliver visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-aligned designs. You should have a strong sense of visual design, attention to detail, and an understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and attractive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with UX designers to transform wireframes and prototypes into high-quality visual designs. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain consistency of design elements in accordance with brand guidelines. Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders. Stay updated on latest UI trends, tools, and technologies. Optimize designs for performance and accessibility. Required Skills and

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI design skills for websites and mobile apps. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic understanding of front-end development is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.

Salary Range: PHP20,000 to PHP30,000 per month
