Job Description

• Generate picklist from Baan system.
• Generate the BSR report (Picklist report) daily and analyze the priorities for order processing.
• Sorts picking list and segregate per ESD and expedite.
• Coordinates any problematic picklist (can’t be processed) due to MSL,VAT, Hold exist, missing cost, label, BQM issues etc. to concerned party (GSS,Planner, Eng’g, Baan Help etc).
• Ensure that all orders with the current PDD are shipped on time.
• Ensure that all expedite orders are attended and shipped on time.
• Manages shipments hold/Ensure on-time delivery performance as customer required.
• Monitors expedites and urgent shipments.
• Monitors Release POD (Proof of Delivery) data in Baan system.
• Provides daily shipments report. Responds to email regarding the order priorities.
• Review and updates hotlist request.
• Supports Quarter end shipments.
• Perform activities relative to the jobs as required.
• Generates report on shipment status and updates.
• Follows instructions which may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
  
  

• College level or equivalent to 4-5 years related experience.
• Preferably with one (1) year experience in a semiconductor or electronics logistic warehousing environment.
• Experience in shipping /Traffic or related field is a must.
• Good communication skills both oral and written.
• Computer literate and knowledge on MS Office Excel (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Team player.
• Understanding in IC manufacturing business.
• With positive work and personal attitude.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Can work under pressure and with minimum supervision.
