About The Role

The Senior Consultant - ServiceNow is a high-performing senior member of our APAC consulting team, responsible for delivering technical ServiceNow solutions and services that ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert, leading technical design, hands-on development, and problem-solving for our clients.

This role reports to a Lead Consultant, Principal Consultant, People Delivery Manager, or Practice Lead.

This role is based in Philippines and will work on a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Deliver high-quality, on-time technical ServiceNow development, testing, and implementation as an individual contributor or team member.
  • Create accurate and valuable design specifications and documentation that leverage out-of-the-box functionality and adhere to ServiceNow best practices.
  • Lead functional and technical design workshops to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders, influencing solutions for risk management, process improvement, and automation.
  • Act as a trusted escalation point for problem resolution, supporting other teams and vendors engaged in client accounts.
  • Identify and communicate new engagement opportunities to account teams.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, contributing to the growth of team capability.
  • Manage personal utilisation to deliver consistent value to the business and our clients.

Requirements And Experience

Must Have:

  • IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM.
  • At least one additional ServiceNow product CIS certification.
  • ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 2+ product lines.
  • Proven experience with high-quality ServiceNow development, build documentation, and solution design.
  • Hands-on technical skills in HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and Integrations (web services, SOAP, etc.).
  • Experience delivering projects across multiple ServiceNow product lines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Have

  • ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • 5+ years of successful ServiceNow project delivery.
  • General understanding of ServiceNow licensing.
