Post specific related information

• A strong knowledge of legislation pertaining to the Public Service Recruitment Process
• Working Knowledge of HR Circulars and HR Policy and Procedures as relevant to the role
• Knowledge of Employment Legislation, Government policy of public pay and public service agreements as relevant to the role
• Experience of designing, implementing and evaluating processes
• Experience and skills in analyzing data from a variety of sources with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent MS Office skills to include but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams.
