Job Description

The Global Business Process Manager is responsible for designing, optimizing, and governing global business processes across multiple regions and functions. This role ensures alignment with organizational strategy, drives operational excellence, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. It is pivotal in supporting Bolder’s transformation journey and Bolder Operating Model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Governance & Design
  • Own end-to-end global process frameworks, ensuring standardization and compliance across regions.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and SOPs using BPM tools.
  • Align processes with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure KPI’s such as Turn Around Times (TAT), Service Levels and FTE sizing (time spent/ volumes) are embedded
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Lead global process optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPM methodologies.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation or technology solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs and process performance metrics to ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, CoE leads, and regional process owners/ (Global) SME’s to ensure alignment.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for process-related decisions across business units.
  • Project & Program Leadership
  • Manage complex, cross-functional projects related to process harmonization and transformation.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget while mitigating risks proactively.
  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for progress tracking.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure processes adhere to internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct annual reviews and audits to maintain process integrity.

Ideal skills and experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 7+ years in global business process management or operational excellence roles.
    • Proven track record in leading large-scale process improvement initiatives across geographies.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in BPM tools (Visio, ARIS, Scribe or similar), data analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
    • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred).
  • Core Competencies:
    • Strategic thinking and ability to align processes with business objectives.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Change management and leadership in complex environments.
  • Preferred Certifications:
    • PMP or PRINCE2 (Project Management)
    • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt
    • ITIL or similar process governance frameworks
