In the dynamic world of sales, the role of a Sales Support professional is pivotal for the seamless functioning of sales teams. The selected candidate will work closely with the sales team to facilitate efficient sales processes, handle customer queries, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. As a Sales Support, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth by providing essential support in managing accounts, preparing sales materials, and ensuring the smooth running of the sales department's operations.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales records accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate sales teams by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs for sales growth.
  • Support sales process by undertaking background research on potential clients.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports and create promotional plans with the sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and success.
  • Track sales performance data and report on the effectiveness of strategies implemented.
  • Follow up on sales inquiries from potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide input based on customer feedback and interactions.
  • Manage the distribution of sales documents and proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience in a sales support or administration position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for managing sales data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Familiarity with sales reports, sales analytics, and market research techniques.
