We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating HR activities, ensuring efficient and effective HR processes that align with our organization's objectives. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and managing communications.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure smooth induction of new hires.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and revise HR documents, policies, and procedures as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate and manage HR projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Assist in the management of the performance appraisal process and employee evaluations.
  • Implement and manage employee benefit programs to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of employee and company information at all times.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless HR operations and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR operations role or similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service mindset.
  • Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) and other relevant HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
