Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications and inquiries.
  • Understand client needs and develop strategic plans to address their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and business objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and progress.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and effectively to maintain high client satisfaction.
  • Track and manage account budgets, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review account status and future plans.
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts for account growth and development.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align client goals with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in an account management role.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and customer service principles.
  • Proven track record of achieving account growth and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
