Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding relationships with our key clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your ability to build rapport, deliver excellent customer service, and strategically manage client accounts will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. By understanding our clients' businesses and conveying the value of our offerings, you will drive revenue growth and long-term client retention.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and address client queries promptly.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports that communicate client successes and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements to meet both client and company needs.
  • Monitor account performance and address issues to prevent client dissatisfaction.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their strategies and align offerings accordingly.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss future plans.
  • Guide clients through new product launches and demonstrate their benefits.
  • Resolve any conflicts that arise promptly and professionally to maintain client relations.
  • Report client trends and feedback to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in account management or related client-facing position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex client issues.
  • Skilled at managing multiple accounts while exhibiting excellent time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office suite to manage client data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
