Job Description

The HR Manager is a key player in the success of our organization, acting as a bridge between the company management and employees. This role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Manager is required to align human resources activities with the company’s strategic goals, promoting a positive workplace culture that supports employee engagement and development. This position involves managing the HR team and serving as a consultant to senior management on HR-related matters. A successful HR Manager will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of human resources practices and employment law.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee and improve the organization’s performance management system.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations at all levels.
  • Develop policies and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee the management of employee records and HR documentation.
  • Provide advice and consultation on HR issues to senior management.
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues with a balanced approach.
  • Conduct annual workforce planning and budgeting for the HR department.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that encourages internal collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of labor legislation and its application.
  • Experience with HR software and tools for efficient administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to lead and motivate HR team members effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development plans.
  • Experience in organizational development and change management.
