Requirements

  • High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Customer service.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with CMS (e.g. Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, Laravel)
  • Advance knowledge of Web Hosting & fundamental knowledge in SEO.
  • Intermediate communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Technical skills (Hosting services/Troubleshooting WordPress, SSH, WP Cli, DNS, PHP, and Database)
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask.

Competencies Required

  • Handling email and chat queues efficiently
  • Understand and troubleshoot technical inquiries; topics includes DNS, SSH, and WordPress issues
  • Keeping Up-to-Date with Product Updates and Procedures
  • Escalate issues, bugs, and improvements to appropriate channels
  • Acts as the Point of Contact (POC) for updates and assistance on specific products
  • Provide guidance and serve as the go-to person for clarifying and discussing tickets handled by new colleagues/trainees
  • Take ownership of escalated cases and ensure timely follow up
