The Service Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing service and infrastructure operations, ensuring efficient office and facility management, maintaining vendor and contractor relationships, and driving continuous improvement of systems, processes, and administrative policies. This role serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, suppliers, contractors, and landlords to support seamless business operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage service and infrastructure operations, ensuring all internal and external systems function effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, including contract management.
• Lead the implementation of new products, processes, and operational improvements while effectively managing change.
• Develop and enforce administrative policies and procedures to support organizational efficiency.
• Oversee office facilities, supplies, maintenance requirements, and coordinate with landlords on facility-related concerns.
  
  

• Proven experience in operations, facilities management, service management, or a related leadership role.
• Strong vendor, supplier, and contract management skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external partners.
