About The Job Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst responsible for managing and analyzing large and complex datasets to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and usability. The role supports management and client decision-making by transforming raw data into meaningful insights through analysis, reporting, and visualization.

The position contributes to business and technical decision-making by improving data-driven products, reporting frameworks, and scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Analysis

• Manipulate, cleanse, validate, and process large datasets using
• Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and Power BI
• Manage database loads, extracts, and ongoing data quality validation
• Perform root-cause analysis on data quality issues and anomalies
• Audit and monitor datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Carry out statistical and data processing techniques as required
  
  

Reporting & Visualization

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Maintain version control and refresh schedules for Power BI reports
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
• Supply qualitative and quantitative data to colleagues, clients, and senior management.
  
  

ETL & Technical Development

• Write and maintain SQL scripts for data manipulation, loads, and extracts
• Develop and update stored procedures and ETL processes
• Monitor automated data loading processes and troubleshoot failures
• Design, develop, and implement new data functionality and enhancements
  
  

Business & Stakeholder Support

• Analyze raw data to draw conclusions and develop recommendations
• Support management and customer requests with timely and accurate data insights
• Advise on the suitability of methodologies and recommend process improvements
• Contribute to technical solution and data architecture decisions to build secure, compliant, and scalable systems
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience building and maintaining Power BI reports
• Proven experience writing and maintaining SQL ETL scripts
• Experience working with SQL databases
• Knowledge of data management and data visualization techniques
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar role
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Working knowledge of R, Python, and/or MATLAB
• Understanding of machine learning concepts
