Position Overview:

As an App Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient technical support

to clients using Meditab’s mobile applications and software platform.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

App Support

  • Provide timely and effective support to clients using the mobile application and related software
  • Guide users through app features, functionalities, and proper usage
  • Assist clients via phone, email, chat, or remote support tools

Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to installation, connectivity, data synchronization, and app

performance.

  • Address software-related concerns impacting mobile application functionality
  • Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams with proper

documentation.

Technical Documentation

  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-help resources

System and Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Meditab platform, including workflows, integrations, and system

interactions.

  • Stay updated on product releases, updates, and new features to provide accurate support

Quality Assurance

  • Identify and report bugs, errors, and opportunities for system improvement
  • Support continuous improvement of the application and overall customer experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science,

Computer Engineering)

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

  • Monthly salary of18,000php - 25,000php
  • New hire bonus of 5,000php
  • Risk allowance of 2,000php
