Fashion Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a Fashion Operations Coordinator to support our fashion brand across production, sourcing, launches, and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role suited for a fashion graduate or junior professional who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with fabric sourcing and supplier coordination
• Support sampling, production follow-ups, and quality checks
• Help prepare product details, pricing sheets, and collection files
• Assist with photoshoots, garment preparation, and launch activities
• Support website updates and product uploads
• Assist with social media coordination and basic content support
• Maintain organized records and operational documentation

Requirements:
• Background in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, or related field
• Understanding of fabrics, garment construction, or production process
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred:
• Experience with fashion shoots, styling, or content
• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms
• Basic design or creative software knowledge
