The Role: Technical Support Representative
What will you do?
• This role provides pre-sales or post-sales customer support for Schneider Electrics core product line and product
• Assist customers (through chat, email, and phone) including Electrical Distributors, End Users, Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEM), Consultants, and Contractors with contracts and software licenses. Seek a suitable solution or
workaround that meets the needs of the customer.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as Marketing, Engineering, and Quality.
• Participate in company initiatives for revenue generation. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Who would be successful?
• This role requires proficiency with Windows Operating System.
• Bachelors/College degree in Engineering. Preferred Electrical Engineering.
• Must have good verbal & written communication skills.
• Must be willing to work on a graveyard shift in Rosario, Cavite.
Experience:
Customer care, Technical support, Information Technology, or any computer-related experience.
Critical Competencies:
Communication skills, customer service, conflict resolution, comfort with the office environment, ability to work within a
team, PC literacy, aptitude to learn new concepts and adapt to change quickly.
