We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Finance Data Quality Analyst to support financial data management and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of key financial records. In this role, you will work closely with finance and business teams to maintain high-quality data, support reporting needs, and improve data processes across regional operations.
What will you do?
- Process requests related to creating, updating, and maintaining financial data records
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data issues or missing information
- Monitor and track requests to ensure timely completion within service timelines
- Analyze data quality reports and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Investigate data issues and support the implementation of corrective actions
- Maintain alignment between financial data structures and organizational hierarchies
- Support regular data review and clean-up activities
- Assist with financial data validation during reporting and closing cycles
- Update and maintain data across systems and reference files
- Respond to inquiries and provide guidance on data processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality and efficiency
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of finance or accounting concepts
- Ability to work within deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Excel or similar data tools
- Familiarity with enterprise systems (such as ERP platforms) is a plus
- Proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
